We were visiting Manchester to go on the stadium tour at Manchester United. This hotel is a shortish walk from Old Trafford. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was good to have breakfast in the hotel

Absolutely lovely staff at reception who were very helpful. Car park is just across the way from the hotel (a little drive around the block to get to it though). Room and toilet/shower were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice and everything was hot.

Stayed one night. The room was clean and perfect size for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was on the small size but perfectly comfortable for the two of us. The food at the cafeteria downstairs was reasonably priced and tasty. Great one night stay in a very good location.

The welcome by Maisie was great, bright and open, some of the breakfast staff were a bit down in the mouth. The room was very warm, the bed was lovely and comfy, the shower hot and wet. Breakfast was great.

Not very central, and difficult for public transport connections. Lucky there is a tram stop near by. But the nearest station is a mile walk at Salford Crescent. The room was small, and with one small window didn't help the feel of compact space.... On top of that the thump, thump thump of someone walking in the room above was shockingly bad and annoying. The only saving grace was the very nice reception staff, had it not been for their freindly welcoming and professionalism, I would have been marking this place much lower.
