We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, and having on-site parking was super convenient. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were very welcoming and efficient.nnOur room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious, with variety of options, and the attentive staff made the experience even better!nnWe will definitely be returning. Special thanks to Mariyam for her excellent service.

Can highly recommend this hotel for people visiting Manchester and the surrounding areas. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff in the bar/restaurant were very helpful and polite. Huge shout out to Rebecca who looked after me and my colleagues during my stay. She was very attentive, polite and an all-round lovely person. Breakfast was cooked fresh and hot and tasted lovely. 5-stars all around from me!

There was an initial maintenance issue with our rooms but Carolina and the rest of the staff made sure to straighten this out. We were very well received by all at AC Hotel and the initial scheduling issue was never a problem for us and we felt very well compensated with the arrangements by AC Hotel. Good food and breakfast, great drinks and selection of beers.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff for an exceptional weekend experience. The breakfast team-Siraj, Victoria and Maria- provided outstanding service, and the front desk manager was equally commendable. Their attentiveness and professionalism greatly enhanced my stay. Thank you for your efforts

Stopped by for a night to attend some meetings the next day. I was with two other colleagues. We had to wait 15 minutes to finally check in at 2000, the front desk was short staffed and one person there to check in a big bus group before we were able to get checked in.nnThe room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for my liking. Linens were clean. The issue I had with the room is that the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was urine dried up on the toilet seat that was very obvious and was not cleaned.nnThe room was quiet and I was able to get a good night sleep. The view wasn’t to bad either the next day when you could see outside.
