Great as a serviced apartment location, facility and budget wise... but there is no heating available aside from underfloor heating!!!

Great Service! me and my family visited Manchester few months ago and stayed at Quays apartments, it's been amazing experience. I specially like their humble and quality services. I would highly recommend it to the people who are looking for an exceptional experience!
