Room looked clean but toilet roll not topped up, friends room had sweet wrappers on the floor when he first went in so hadn't been cleaned properly, major rat problem in bushes outside entrance. Apart from that, the staff were friendly and it's a reasonable price with services next to it so convenient to get something to eat and drinkRooms: 4/5
Don't do it!! Room was mouldy and dirty. Mould on bathroom ceiling. First time I've stayed away not not used the shower! Didn't feel comfortable not wearing shoes in the room. Noise was ridiculous from other guests, sound really travelled. Best part is the rooms are so dated that if you shower, you can risk setting the fire alarm off. Another guest did this in the middle of the night and woke our children up!
we arrived after a long journey with wheelchair. Ryan the staff was more then helpful, cheering us up. i can only thanks for him. The room was fresh and we slept very well.Rooms: 4/5
Ben, the night receptionist, was pleasant and extremely helpful on our arrival. The room and bathroom were very clean. My partner who is in a wheelchair, struggled a little in the bathroom because of the poor design, but generally it was excellent value for the price paid. Would stay there again.Rooms: 4/5

I know it's a cheap budget hotel but come on if something deserves to be changed then do it. It's a bath handle. For management information this is rust ain't gonna disappear itself. Cleaner can't make it shiny again. That's need to be changed and that's the only solution. Empty body wash dispenser and look like was that for ages. Shame
hotel was alright for £25 one night say but had to pay £60 parking fine a few weeks later because didn't see the signs in the dark. CP plus is a scam and I tried to put my REG in that night and it didn't have it on the system just a scam. very bad lighting there to see the signs at night.Rooms: 4/5

Really terrible stayed quite a lot on business and over the past 6 months has declined to a terrible state. Rooms filthy, no batteries in the remote, no towels, kettle almost walked to the sink to clean itself. Will never returnRooms: 1/5
Very friendly staff. Right next to services so plenty of food options. Room and surrounds are very outdated but bed is comfortable and I had a good nights sleep
