Staff are proper friendly, chilled and always up for a chat. Was made to feel very welcome and relaxed. Quite limited facilities but provided all the basics and the beds were perfectly comfortable and rooms small but clean. Not too far out that it was a problem to get in and out of town, a short taxi or tram away. Perfect for a place to crash for the weekend if you're out and about in Manchester as the prices are decent! Would stay here again, thanks!

Staff were very friendly and it is next to the bus stop. Room was pretty much basic, quite small but clean and well priced. Good if you are looking just for a cheap place to stay over night!:)

This place was disgusting! On the stairway up to our room there were all rubbish and bits on the stairs like he hadn't been hoovered and it looked like a work site! We got in our room and it was disgusting, mould all over the walls and laminate flooring broken. We left the night we arrived we were appalled.

I don't recommend, first of all price not bad for 7 days. The bed on first day of arriving were not clean as I only noticed it at 11pm. Have to sleep on the blanket waiting for next morning to complaint. Tv never worked. Shower was not the best or worse the shower curtain just about too short. Friendly staff always making they best. Will not be booking for this hotel again....
