This is a great Premier Inn for the price. The hotel was very quiet at night and the bed was very comfy. Check in and check out was very easy and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and it was nice to have the Brewers Fayre next door for breakfast. quality of the food at Brewers Fayre was not great and and the food was not hot
We stayed overnight with family. The receptionist was amazing. However, the Beefer breakfast was a nightmare, I booked breakfast for a family of 8. Immediately we got in, the lady was shouting at us no black pudding, no harsh brown... like she was saying it loud like and rude, the hot plate looks like a leftover breakfast. In fact, I just left to get a breakfast from McDonald's. Very horrible experience.
Izabela is an exceptional receptionist! Her warm demeanor and efficient handling of tasks make every interaction a pleasure. She's a valuable asset to the premier inn team. Give her a raise!
Stayed two nights here. The room was ok but I was disappointed that it wasn't cleaned at all during our stay. On the Sunday morning the breakfast was excellent but on the Monday it was table service for the hot food. There was toast but no croissants or much else. The side plates were all dirty.
Stayed one night with my wife and two kids. Three beds in the room which is a bonus and saves getting a second interconnected room. Reception staff were lovely and welcoming, hotel was quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Can’t fault it for £67 including breakfast.
