Well situated within close distance to Oldham, M62 and M60 motorway. Friendly staff. Large rooms with the usual facilities. Also some disabled rooms available. Free parking on site. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be purchased close by at the pub.

Can't really fault it. Does exactly what it says on the tin. 37 quid for a family room is brilliant. It was immaculately clean, room and public areas. Staff were friendly and really helpful.

Free early check in and upgrade to family room as it was the only one available at that time due to being stranded due to ridiculous snow on our way home from Orlando. Very helpful staff member behind the desk, only fault was no hand soap but there was the soap dispenser in the shower so we used that instead :)

Its ok for 1 or 2 nights. If you have an odd number room the traffic can be a bit noisy as its the start of the motorway. Room and bathroom nice and clean.£3.00 for 24hour wifi. Prepaid for the room easy check in and check out just drop your key in the key drop. All in all a nice pleasant stay i would stay again. Toby carvery next door.
