In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Rochdale by far. The rooms are of excellent quality and competitively priced. Front of house service is extremely professional and the hotel facilities are 5 star. There is a great restaurant, spa facilities including pool and a Jacuzzi. My company has recently chosen this venue as 'the recommended hotel' for all visiting guests and we have used the business facilities for several local events. Brilliant. 5 out of 5 stars.

Stayed for a birthday spa break with my wife what a lovely day we had!!! Best spa facilities and staff we have ever came across especially Belinda on the spa reception desk with her wonderful smiley face.we went to the restutaunt in the evening and was greeted by a wonderful lady named Jodie who took us to our table and made us feel really welcome!!! After sitting down Terry the waiter came over wishing me happy birthday and was very polite and we'll mannered he then took our order. We would also like to give compliments to the chef and to top it off Jodie and Terry after our meal went up and beyond to sing happy birthday at the end of the evening!! We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Stayed here January 2018. Hotel was nice and comfortable. Pool and spa areas are dated and a little worn out. Bedroom was nicely decorated with a large bathroom and air-conditioning. My shower did not work which was disappointing and when I ask reception to look into it I was informed it would require maintenance to inspect it. I wasn't offered another room with a working shower and had to use the bath instead. Breakfast was good with full English, cereals, fresh fruit and yogurts.

Would not give this hotel 4 stars if it were not for the spa... Absolutely wonderful. There are things that need some attention in the refurbished that I would say would meet it better. E.g. Doors not closing properly, some dodgy plug sockets etc but all in all a nice place to stay. Staff are lovely and helpful and rooms cleaned everyday. Not happy about the cleaning staff standing outside my room loudly talking for half an hour particularly when I had a do no disturb sign on the door. Still would stay again.

Very nice hotel. All staff are nice. Clean rooms and thank you very much for your hospitality. Also thank you very much for the birthday card and chocolate.
