Beds are comfy, the service from staff is 10/10. Always very welcoming and helpful. Perfect location less than 5 minutes from the train station. Would recommend and definitely staying here again!

Very good location. Minimal tea and coffee.  shouting outside in early hours. Inside peaceful.  Train just after 5 am very noisy. Staff friendly at reception. Two small single beds. They moved around. However clean with a good amount of space.

I had a pleasant stay at Travelodge Central Epsom. The customer service was excellent—polite and very cooperative. The rooms were clean and nice, offering a comfortable stay. The location is also great, with easy access to local attractions. However, the only drawback was that the air conditioning was not working during my summer visit, and fans were provided instead. Despite this, I still had a good experience overall.

I ended up here after another hotel could not provide a pre booked disabled room.  The welcome I got from rashmi was awesome.  She went above and beyond making this last minute stay very special.nnI didn’t notice when booking that breakfast was just a box - it is clear on website though but the staff help, assistance and empathy with my situation more than made up for this.

Absolute shambles due to the whole place being a building site. Every floor every nook and cranny. Even the lifts were minging. No bar. No food. Not sure how you can offer rooms without a warning or significant discount
