Front of house staff were very polite and helpful during both of my stays. 20% discount from the local pub and burger king which is pretty good. But what's not so good is getting into the shower for the second time in a week in a different room and having no shower gel one I'm in the shower. First room it was completely empty and the second time it had been filled with water and as I was in the furthest possible room from reception it was a pain in the anus to get sorted.....although reception was helpful but cleaners are clearly not doing the job properly.

Staff Fantastick and very friendly. Cannot fault them. Travel lodge to the usual standard. No complaints from me.
