Lovely olde worlde pub built around 1751. I visited Saturday afternoon and it was very quiet. I enjoyed a nice pint of mild. Full of character and charm.

I've been residing at The Stork for a little over 2 weeks now while I'm waiting for an apartment to live in. Lisa has been a diamond throughout my stay. The rooms are spotless and changed everyday. The pub is warm and friendly and the locals are all so friendly. I had never been to Billinge before but I would definitely return and would never pass through without calling in The Stork. I've genuinely met some true friends in my short staye here.
There was live music on atthe weekend and I actually cancelled plans to return early and enjoy the evening. A real big Well Done.

Two handpumps, neither dispensing real ale sadly. Friendly clientele, but quiet. Hope it picks up, it's a wonderful old pub.
