The room smelt of damp. It felt damp and cold. The TV didn't work The bathroom had mould in it There were small holes in the curtain which let the light in. I was totally surprised to see a room in this state by Premier Inn. I could have stayed in another type of hotel if a different brand but chose Premier as I thought it would be more superior hotel. I was hugely disappointed. I'm not sure Lenny Henry would support and be the face of this particular Inn Having emailed and telephoned countless times I still haven’t had a satisfactory response. In their web site they say a good nights sleep or your money back.. the offer of a £20 gift voucher was not acceptable!! Can I give no stars??

Polite friendly staff that couldn't do enough to help. Rooms clean and tidy. Only snag is location is on dual carriage way and is one way only making you have to loop back on yourself

A bit drab and dated decor, but otherwise clean and comfy bed in spacious room. Easy to find, next to the M6 J25, and next door to a retail park if you need any shopping. A bit noisy, as it sits on a main A road. Good breakfast, and friendly staff. It's budget, so you get what you pay for.

Good Clean Hotel. Staff great. Lovely Restaurant next door. Clean good food. Again Staff very good.

Good location for travelling Saints. Service good, food perfectly acceptable. Breakfast set us up for the game. Well played Wigan, hope you go up!
