Well what a welcome.Amy was on reception and was efficient and caring ..well done..the room itself was very Clean, spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was buffet style but very fresh and good quality.. Wendy on checking out ensured a good ending to an enjoyable stay..

We like staying at the Holiday Inn Haydock. It's one of the smaller Holiday Inn's and therefore feels like there is less hustle and bustle. The bedrooms are clean and tidy. The location suits us as we visit family around Lancashire.

Nice clean hotel set in lovely grounds. Good standard within the rooms and the staff seemed competent. My only complaint was the television channels or lack of. 1 through to 7 was missing. Lol.

Easy to find just off the motorway but not much road noise. Some rooms are being updated and pretty nice. Bar area is welcoming and foods fine

Above standard, nice and clean, nice & friendly staff, good location, but way too expensive for me so won't be statingvtgere again sadly.
