Toys r us is always going to be one of the best toy stores. This store is a bit of a maze but my kids love this place and I've got to admit the staff were so helpful it's crazy! Thank you so much to the hilarious young chap that helped us find the last pink check out machine in the store, You made my daughters day.

Awful customer service full of old and middle age junkies. They more thinking about their pensions rather than serving the customers. Most of them have mobility problem. Fats and ugly cashiers and God trouble old freak and rude manager with frightening attitude. I am not surprised that why this company has been driven to the state of bankruptcy. It's ok if they don't refund but they have no right what so ever to be rude and frighten customers. Most stuff they have are junkies and don't forget they don't refund or exchange but also still charges you 75% over the market value of all products. Just to give you one advice DON'T even bother yourself with this place and good they have been punished and gone to hell and being trashed for ever.

The kids love Toys R Us and I remember as a boy how excited I was visiting different toy's R Us's. I think its lost it's sparkle a bit in recent years. Staff need to cheer up and it doesn't quite seem the enjoyable experience it once was. Also it's pretty expensive!

WARNING ABOUT REFUNDS I know other people are having the same issue so beware when buying from toy r us while they are in administration. They do not advise you on the returns policy when you buy. Recently purchased a car seat from here during the closure of the company. Was mis-informed on a product and then mis-advised again that I could get a refund if it doesn't fit Spoke to staff members and they refused to refund or even exchange to another product which was more expensive. Customer service is shocking and am not surprised this place is going to the dumps.
