Visited today to fulfill a promise to my daughter on obtaining her degree. We were served by QingQing who was so patient and attentive offering assistance and providing numerous pairs of shoes in different sizes, she made it a very special occasion for my daughters 1st pair of Louboutins. Thank you
Ordered shoes, didn't arrive, 12 weeks later no replacements sent and and refund processed. Customer Service don't call back when promised and they have no complaints procedure. How they call themselves a prestige brand is beyond me. Awful company.,
I had some online shoes given to me as a gift. They were too small. Went to this shop,and a very nice man called Abba helped me and exchanged by giving me a gift card. He was very lovely and professional. I will ask for ABBA next time I visit this shop.
I bought a pair of shoes here for my wife. On the purchase visit I was underwhelmed with the advice and guidance received. The sales assistant broke off and helped another customer when I was speaking to him which I didn't appreciate. My wife did not like the shoes and so we returned today. The lady helping us disappeared half way through the visit when there were more staff in the concession than customers. They didn't have my wife's size in the shoes she wanted and we were told they did get restocked but no offer of a call. Poor service on both visits leads me to conclude that this is common place. If your shopping for your partner I would avoid as there's no help to be had.
Treated my wife to a Louis Vitton bag of her choice. Absolutely shocking the way she was treated by sales team. Felt unwelcome, not worthy and very bad experience. Obviously only interested in serving only those that look the look.
I found the staff most helpful even though they didn't have my size in the shoe I wanted the size was clarified in another colour so I can order on line
Not overly pleased with the service I received, was given a damaged box and got an eye roll when i went to swap it. for £600 a pair I expected better.
Always used this store and went to visit today and was demanded to use handgel and refused service as I declined due to my skin condition. I will be issuing against you for discrimination
Happy with my purchases here, everyone in store is helpful and friendly.
Very helpful staff ended up buying my first pair and am loving them
