Fantastic store, but I may be a bit biased as I love Adidas, but here goes. Went to pick up some trainers that I bought online and was served by Chloe who was very knowledgeable and gave me some good advice about my purchase. All staff were very friendly when I approached them and left me on my own when I was looking around the store which is perfect for me. Would recommend coming in the week if you can as they will have a lot more spare time for you.
As soon as I walked in was approached by George, immediately asked how he could help. Helped me pick out some shoes to compare got the pairs out within a minute and talked me through which were suited to my needs. Matched my online 30% off code and used my gift card. Fantastic easy to navigate store with plenty of stock. Couldn’t find these ultraboosts anywhere else.
Went in there yesterday afternoon had a good look round pointless downstairs unless you want football stuff upstairs running shoes, a few gazelle and more or less superstars....Next to nobody in. Went across to size and there was plenty of adidas footwear got sorted with some athen.. More and a better choice of adidas trainers...and it was full of people
A huge disappointment. I bought for my wife 4 things of which she wanted to change 2. when we went to make the change two days later they didn't want to because the labels were missing. The labels were removed by the seller the same day I made the purchases, when I explicitly asked him to remove the prices because they were gifts. I told him prices, just that. it was obvious that if it is a gift it has to be changed. We wanted to talk to him but he never showed his face. they should take care of their error because if they do not have the rooms enabled they should not remove the tags because then it is impossible to change something. very bad attention and 0 empathy when it was their mistake. we realized the moment we wanted to make the change. a shame. Plus £160
I’ve a bought an NMRD adidas shoes from this branch. As you see the right pair have different details than the left pairs. The right pair got more white spots and the left is more dark. How come adidas would sale pair of shoes where right and left not identical?? This should be investigated with highest priority as this consider cheating and against consumer rights.
This afternoon, the lift is not working so had to leave the strollet downstairs and take the escalator with a 3 years old. His hand accidently got stuck in the escalator and the escalator stopped with his hand inside. We were on the floor trying to get his hand out and shouting for help. One lady who was working there was just looking at us and didn't move and after a while the security guy came manage to take his hand out. We have directly asked to put his hand under cold water. The lady was talking to the security guy in her own language and laughed which obviously made us feel like she was unconcerned in this panicking situation. I had to ask for cold water 8 times before the girl still unconcerned told us there was no water here....she then said that it was our responsibility which made us angry as our child was shouting because of pain. The manager of the store came and asked what happened then after 5min came back with a bowl of barely cold water. Told us that the staff was not trained for this kind of accident...Should look into their Health and Safety procedures. Will definitely sue them
Not the best shopping experience I have ever had and for a flagship store in Manchester expected better. Had to literally stand in front of 2 members of staff waving trainers at them to get their attention. Brought the sizes down and just handed them me then went back to their conversation that I had obviously interrupted. Companies wonder why they lose so much trade to on line shopping.
Went in to buy a football jersey, tried it on in the changing rooms and decided to buy it but left the hanger in the changing room. At the till, the blonde lady was very cold / rude - she just said “where’s the hanger?”. Another staff member behind her sarcastically said “oh, I’ll get it” and they both started laughing. Very unprofessional.
It's OK it's a sport shop that sells Adidas stuff. I bought a rucksack £25
Oit dated stock, went to london the next day and foumd many new editions at same price.
