The manager in this store was horrible. I wanted to return my phone due to signal problem. But she bullied me in front of one customer and one staff, even made me want to cry. She shouted at me and didn't provided any useful information. She kept saying you cannot return it without mention their terms and conditions. I read the terms and conditions online and realised I cannot return it if I got it from store. However, I hate the way she treats customer! I will return my phone anyway and will never consider to be the customer of three!
