Cullan was brilliant at helping me with buying my new Mazda. I found the car on the mazda website and gave the parks dealer a call. From the start to the end he was amazing at gave us all the details as well as got the car up to scratch before selling it to us. He kept us updated and informed well throughout the process. Not a Toyota but supplied by Parks Toyota in Inverness, A huge thank you to Andrew Thomas Sutherland and James Webster for a 1st class, 5* service from start to finish, nothing was to much bother for them and I've come to expect this from Parks UK as this is the 3rd car they've supplied me, great service,great attitude and a great bunch of lads and lassies, I will see you all again in a few years
Came in as Dutchies with a broken headlight. Wanted to buy one and replace it ourselves but....they asked for the car-key. I was a bit worried about that..but finally we ended up with a new bulb, replaced by the workshop for free. Excellent! Happy to drive safe again.
Arrived with a problem and within a very short time I had a great trade-in for a really nice deal. Shane was friendly and efficient. I'm super satisfied.
Dropped car off for service, staff friendly and helpful and no unexpected surprises. Also organised a test drive for drop off time which was ready and waiting for when we arrived.
It's rare to find such fantastic service these days as that I've recieved from the staff at park's, from front of house where I was offered a coffee on entry to William who did the final part of sale and handover. The manager Ryan came over to speak to me as the handover was occurring which was brilliant and showed how close knit their team is. This is the service you'd expect from a dealer than comes naturally unlike the other dealers in the area. Really pleased and more than happy to recommend.

Took my wife’s beloved 2009 Rav 4 for for its annual service today and I am extremely satisfied with the level of service received from all the team at Parks. The manager was very open and happy to advise me on a hand brake issue that I need to address at some point and even took the time to put the car back on the ramps to find out more information. Couldn’t have been more helpful and thank you very much! Will use again Gary.
Our Toyota Amazon automatic lost 4th gear whilst we were travelling south to a funeral. We were able to get to a hotel in Inverness and called Parks. The lady on reception was very helpful and despite their workshops being fully booked, managed to rearrange things so their mechanics could investigate our problem. We and our dog were made comfortable in their waiting area with TV and refreshments. This was at 1.30 in the afternoon and by 5pm we were all sorted and on our way. Exceptional and friendly service which was very much appreciated. We will be back!
