Sales person we spoke to was very professional polite knowledgeable & helpful, giving us advice when required. It is a calm & relaxed atmosphere. There is no pressure put on you at all to purchase a vehicle. I would definately recommend this dealership to family friends & colleagues.
My car went in for a service and mot, never got mot they say they found a fault but that they also said my rear wiper needed replaced its dose not and they also can’t tell the difference between trip mileage and actual mileage putting it out by 50,000 miles so I don’t trust a thing that have done to my car, the only good thing was the lady at reception and the lady who checked me in for the service they were both every nice and friendly
We came in today with a flat tyre on our VW kitty T5 camper, the mechanic couldn't of been more helpful, we had a off the market trye pressure gauge with Halfords and national tyres all struggling to help!!! VW knew what to do and saved our NC500 trip... What a legend
Excellent service. Our son's car broke down and they handled the repairs. Kept him, and us, well informed and got him back on the road as soon as was humanly possible. Thank you to all those involved - much appreciated. Well done Hawco Inverness!
I gave Hawco VW 5 stars a year ago. I still do. I've had a few issues with my ID3. At all stages service has been excellent. Early days when the car let me down Ken Hammond discussed replacing the car if it couldn't be fixed to my satisfaction. The problem has not recurred. Replacement wasn't required but the fact it was offered was appreciated. A couple of other minor issues have arisen. In particular David Fraser has gone above and beyond keeping me posted about these issues. He takes time to discuss and explain what has been done. Although I've not always bought my VWs from Hawco my brand loyalty is due to their customer service.
On holiday in Moray, when my T6 shock absorber explodes, 7 days, yes, 7 days after my manufacturers warranty expires. Guess what - both VW and Hawco couldn’t give a stuff and said I’d need to pay in full for the repair. 7 days out of warranty - that’s the level of service and customer support you get from both VW and Hawco. Absolutely appalling customer service. Can I suggest to all of you potential VW customers out there - don’t trust either VW or Hawco. I’m never setting foot on a VW forecourt ever again. I’m getting shot of the VW and good riddance to the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I much appreciated the courteous, knowledgeable and ‘not at all pushy’ Sales exec. Lots of information, and time given to browse and think about what I wanted to do. After-sales assistance very good too.
We had our wing mirror ripped off by a motorhome whilst on holiday. Hawco squeezed us in at short notice and replaced it getting us back on the road and letting us get on with our holiday without stress. I can't speak highly enough of the service and how helpful the team were. Thank you so much.
