Excellent service - we needed a bit of electrical help with a 17yr-old Peugeot Boxer motorhome, which they fixed. Very efficient and flexible. Trustworthy and fairly priced. They even slotted us in on the same day November 2021! I overheard them dealing with an elderly lady - very polite, kind and professional I thought. Recommended.
A big thank you for the fantastic service we received today. Duncan Mackenzie services came to our rescue, when no one else was willing to help! The skylight on our hired campervan had been ripped off during strong winds and Duncan Mackenzie were able to patch it up and secure it so that we could continue our holiday. Very friendly helpful and we can't thank them enough.
very poor service, our car went in for accident repair after a collision with a deer, we were fobbed off with different stories about one part not being due for 6 to 8 weeks, then called 4 days later to say the car was ready, when asked if the part had come early and was fitted, no answer was given. it turns out the part DID NOT ARRIVE, AND WAS NOT FITTED, they just wanted their courtesy car back a 7 year old Chevrolet matiz My wife collected the car, when I got home and examined our car it was a mess, the broken fuse box not replaced, over spray on other panels, bonnet bump stop missing, filler stuck ALL OVER the top of the engine, bonnet patched with silicone, scratch down to bare metal on the sill, BRAKE PIPE LEFT INSECURE etc etc. When I contacted George MacKenzie and took the car back to him, he said there was nothing wrong with the repair but did offer to wash the car! I contacted my insurance company and they recommended I get a second opinion. The other bodyshop quoted £1300 to correct Donald MacKenzie's mess. I will not use this company EVER.

Absolutely excellent service. We had our wing mirror knocked off near Tain, rang MacKenzies and they had one waiting for us as we got to Inverness. It took less than half an hour for them to fix the new one and send us on our journey. They had a full afternoons work already, but were willing to fit us in so that we could continue on our way. We would like to say a huge thank you to them for such efficient and helpful service.
Ordered a complete set of wipers for my Fiat 500 X - not in stock but Bosch wipers arrived 3 days later. Left my number but not contacted.

Really Quick and Friendly service. Came in to talk about a noise coming from my engine on my Fiat Panda and was welcomed and taken to the service desk. Got told will be able to have a look in the afternoon and got a call update it was ready for collection. Very Friendly Staff and Very Efficient Mechanics Team.

What a great recommendation that was, they are first class from front end Donna to the full service as well as explaining things properly & at a reasonable price.
