I would be careful about buying a vehicle from them. They're you're best friend when wanting to sell you a car but when problems arise aren't even bothered. Definitely wouldn't take out a service plan from them as I have been lied to about faults in the past. Much rather take it to the Car manufacturers appointed dealer to get servicing done and repairs done.
Excellent Service in all Departments could not be happier, from Louise at Reception to Kevin in Service Reception . Everyone was SO helpful & displayed ‘The Personal Touch’ which very often is absent in this day & age !

Very warm welcome from Sara & explained all questions asked of her. Test drive was excellent. Did not know the area but was directed to places where we could test what the car was able to do.
Stay away! They lie to you, talk down to you & make you feel stupid! One of the car sales men has lied to me just to talk me in to a sale! the manager Clifford then said to me, “it’s your own fault for believing a car’s sales man” Save yourself the hassle stress and upset & go to a professional garage where you won’t be lied too & patronised by men.
Neil gave me 100% customer service. Very helpful and fast and made the process simple. Highly recommend the Hyundai bayon. Great car.
The staff here were extremely helpful and informative, even when global supply issues were problematic our Advisor Sarah managed to resolve our issues, will be happy to recommend them to anyone, we will be definitely be using them again.
Awful place. I was holding off leaving a review but I feel like it should be shared. Bought a car from the Aberdeen branch last year. Asked if I need to sort the logbook out/paper work out for it and they said they’ll do it all and I will receive my logbook in the post. I never got the logbook. Since it’s covid times I gave it a few months in case there was delays in processing etc. Still no show, so I contacted Arnold Clark and mentioned this. And they told me it had been issued. I started to wonder if the address Input was wrong. A few months later, I followed up again, and got no response until eventually they said I should pay for a duplicate so I did. That never showed up either. After calling customer service and some investigation they did indeed send it to the wrong address. Now, I wasn’t going to post this as the manager kindly said he’d refund the invoices etc and I’m currently waiting for the new log book with my correct address to be issued so I thought case closed. Until today, there’s been a charge notice letter threatening to take me to court sent to the wrong address and I only found this out today, and apparently this has been going on for months and I had no clue as it been sent to the wrong address the whole time. I’ve also read online that you can be fined £1,000 for having the wrong address on your logbook. I called Arnold Clark about this and they said they’d call back but they haven’t. I feel sick to my stomach and wish I never got the car. They admitted to making a mistake which I’ve had to sort with no apology and being ignored 99% of time. I now have to somehow sort this mess out. And I’m sure they’ll completely ignore my email and how upset I am about all of this. I will be escalating this when the office opens on Monday.
