A big shout out to the team on today; immaculate workshop and front desk, friendly staff and best of all the mechanic who was wearing a baseball cap and big smile who knew exactly what he was dealing with on my car, which I had just brought in on spec. He had the issue sorted super-quick. Thank you very much.
I'm not in the habit of placing complaints but this place deserved a mention. Not helpful at all with a black circle order. Had to rearrange with another garage as they could not be bothered.
Booked everything on line and tyres fitted, no problem. However, on the way home the tyre inflation alarm went off, it was a hot day so I left the car until the next morning. It was a cool morning and all 4 tyres were inflated to 42psi. The recommended pressures on a plate fitted on the door piller, so no excuses, is 33/28. Borderline dangerous!
Easy and quick. All done properly but I didn’t get any results/paperwork showing pressure or what was done what surprised me a bit.
We were on a 2 day break in Inverness recently when we got a puncture. After inflating the tyre constantly we managed to get it to ATS who said they couldn't fix it today but bring it back tomorrow at 11am and they would look at it! It would have taken them 20 minutes and helped us out enormously. We then had to inflate the tyre and drive around with a puncture until we found someone who would do it. No help whatsoever, rude, uncaring and diabolical customer service
Great service from Dougie and his helpful apprentice from start to finish . Good guys will use again no bother
Went in today to try & purchase windscreen wiper blades to replace my damaged ones before continuing my journey. Unfortunately unable to supply but could order in. Understood this but as I needed the blades declined offer and enquired where I could purchase some. Rude response from man at reception was go to a petrol station! No directions or help. Such a shame he couldn't have directed me to Autosave which was 2 minutes away. Got directions to here from a very helpful young gentleman at Dingbro. Got my much needed blades there & they were fitted for me. This service was offered not requested & I was very grateful for the help. People/ customer skills sadly lacking at ATS.
The manager has appalling customer service skills. Been here a few times over the years and everything with him is a big deal. Only go here through Black Circles but they should seriously review their contract with Inverness ATS!!

Downright rude and unhelpful staff. Quoted an HOUR to replace one tyre - I could have done it quicker myself!! Didn’t check tire pressure did it myself on the way home and forgot to replace the dust caps. Shoddy workmanship, misogynistic attitude of bloke on reception. Disgusting way to treat a customer. Won’t ever return.
