Absolute legends. Saved our bacon with a tyre blow out north of the city at night. Recovered us on a brand new low loader within 90mins back to Inverness and arranged drop off of vehicle to tyre place the following day. Visitors as we were, treated with utmost kindness and care. We had car trouble on our vacation and Ross’s Garage was the only place in Inverness who was willing to help us repair our car in a morning so our vacation was not interrupted. Clutch failed on a Friday night at the start of our family holiday, 400 miles from home…these guys were life savers. They rung round dozens of local garages trying to find someone with availability to repair our car, they recovered our vehicle to this garage and gave me a lift to the car hire place as well to save me the £60 cost of that. Amazing, went well above and beyond. Would highly rate - human kindness after a very stressful 24 hrs - bless them.
Just got let down by these guys. Booked an MOT over a week in advance. Made sure it was at the Inverness building. Phoned the day before to add a fuel filter to the job and there was no booking. They had me in at the other garage. If they can’t organise a booking I don’t trust them with my vehicle.
These guys are excellent. We had a little failure before coming back to Edinburgh and they were the only garage available and willing to help. Outstanding service.
