Brought my car from here with hassle free and no worries. Great service. Had a problem with paint work coming off the car. Took back to Arnold Clark and Gary cross sorted me out.. The area got resprayed within a week and so far all is good. The receptionist is very nice too. Very friendly place. Would recommend to getting a new car.
Service overall was excellent, James was attentive, helpful and explained my options clearly. All paperwork is completed online so the process when collecting is super quick and easy, just a few signatures. Thank you!

Edited after initial irrational outrage! Put car in for mot and service on the 9th of July, and it failed on front brakes. Now, 7 days later the work has still not even begun, even though I approved and paid for the £2k worth of work to be done immediately. Absolutely no comms from them whatsoever, I phoned up myself to find out what was going on on the 12 th of July, only to be told none of the work had even been started!!! I'm now without my car for a week not even a hint of offering a courtesy car to this point, the only reason I went with them was for speed and convenience for this repair, and so far neither have been achieved. I get the distinct impression that you've paid for anything and the money is with them, they really couldn't care less. Avoid if possible folks. Update: This is a complete turnaround. Having raised issues and spoken with the quite superb service manager, work on my vehicle has progressed at an excellent rate. Most of the issues I was dealing with were down to them being seriously understaffed, and therefore, those that remained were trying to keep a hell of a lot of plates spinning! So that's in me and my impatience. Thanks again Andrew.
Avoid for all repairs! We’ve left the van with them for nearly 2 months and only managed to fix the timing belt. Every time we call for an update, they can either not answer or the info changes. We’ve been asking to tow the van back but it’s been a week and they can’t even give us an invoice! This delay has caused us a lot a lot of damage and they even suggest doing very little repair is going to cost £1k! I’m just appalled by how bad the repair service has been. We’ve been misled so many times and we’re still suffering for it
Purchased from Arnold Clark Inverness - Peugeot Since buying my car, I've had nothing but issues, from electrical faults, requiring a new ECU, damaged body work, loud noises from under the car and bonnet, and various other electrical faults. I've requested on numerous occasions for these issues to be inspected, they didn't so I then requested to return the vehicle but my request gets ignored. The car recently needed to go back in to Audi 3rd time as there were further electrical issues. Upon further inspection from Audi, they found the cars rear sub frame was barely holding together and had been rotting away for years. Audi described this as the worst car they'd ever seen and said the car was dangerous and advised it should not to be driven. Upon further investigating, the MOT conducted independently in Mar 2023, highlighted the sub frame was rotting away. The MOT was carried out again in Oct 2023 by Arnold Clark and they neglected to add this to the MOT, or even repair it the faulty part. I have sent all the information including video footage of the frame falling away in the Audi technicians hands to Arnold Clark, I've contacted them via email and phone and no one will call me back. I requested a refund within the timescale specified and I have requested it again based on the finding from Audi stating this is a dangerous vehicle, however they're not responding to me. Unfortunately I'm unable to upload image in order for people to see how poor condition this vehicle is in. Arnold Clarks MOT centre should be investigated for malpractice. This is serious and Arnold Clark will not take this seriously.
Avoid at any cost. Left the car to reset one of the faults that was coming up on a dash, picked it up with multiple faults that weren’t there before! At this point the car was at the garage multiple times and each time there is a new damage which nobody takes an accountability for. The staff is just not interested in the customer, which I honestly think comes from the a manager not caring at all. We were warned about the branch from friends as well as employees of other branches but didn’t expect such a low level of customer experience and lack of service! For example while fixing a sensor which originally wasn’t broken but somebody must have pushed it in the front bumper got scratched up, but when we left the car at the branch for 5 days and came to pick it up we were told that the scratches weren’t fixed because the paint isn’t a standard colour and would cost them £500 to supply it… After multiple visits now we were advised to get in touch with another dealership as they cannot fix the sensors which were working just fine prior to the first visit, but we were told to expect that we will have to cover the expenses. I truly would not trust the branch.
Everything started of great, staff were lovely, helpful and very welcoming... Then the sale was completed and all turned from there. Tried to make contact and ask for confirmation on what the service they did on the vehicle, as when i asked my local garage to inspect the vehicle it was found a service had NOT been completed. The response i had got was only the date and mileage the apparent service was completed, when asked again of what the service actually invloved, no response. Asked for my cars paperwork to be sent to me, was said it would be sent to me and nothing. I have spent so much money on this car, on things that should of been picked up on during the top class inspection thats claimed to be done on cars or it's actual service... Have also phoned and was told someone would call me back and zero response. I live miles away from the dealership so unfortunately never easy for me to just pop in and try get things dealt with. Really unhappy with the after sales service.
Was so straight forward...staff was so helpful..love my car...in great condition...everything explained to me,definitely recommend Arnold Clark ..
Took in my C1 for a service here the other week and was overall very pleased. They kept in contact to let me know what stage my car was at in its service, and when parts had to be ordered they kept me updated on when they would arrive and be fitted the following day. I even got my car back and fixed up earlier than I expected. Ajay was especially helpful and cheery, and very pleasant to interact with!
