Well appointed and very well priced hotel in centre of Manchester in reasonable walking distance of main attractions. Rooms are good size and our single beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Shower and toilet were clean. Only fault I would mention were the dirty outside windows. Please clean them often!Rooms: 4/5
Stayed here for a couple of nights last week. The hotel I found to be clean and well located. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was lovely. Thanks to Florinda for her polite and attentive service at breakfast.
Wonderful and excellent stay. I stay 3night at this hotel. The room was great. First day enter the room, it was so welcoming I love the fragrance. The bed had make us almost 12 hour sleep . Breakfast was great I love it, plus with an friendly waiters miS Florinda make us feel like home. Keep up your excellent service . Recommended hotel with an affordable price to stay with an extraordinary experience.

Great little hotel, well situated for all of Manchesters attractions. On the free bus routes and near the tram. Great breakfast, nice and hot. Shout out to Florinda in the restaurant, she couldn't do enough for youRooms: 5/5
nice room, and mostly great staff, however on the day of checking out after realising i had left my expensive headphones in the room, one of the reception staff was very unhelpful in helping me retrieve the lost item and spoke in a condescending way to me and my partner. also the floorboards near reception are very squeakyRooms: 4/5
Nice hotel in a great location. Given its location the only downside is no parking. They offer a 25% discount off a local car park but it’s around £30 a night so a bit steep. I parked at QPark Fleet Street for £19. It’s only a 10 min walk. Rooms: Room was nice, clean with a comfy bed
Central, friendly staff, room with two double beds on the larger side, only stayed one night but did the job perfectly for not that much more than the cost of a premier inn. Much nicer than a Premier Inn, with a good room and decent breakfast. Great location for anything really in central Manchester. Rooms: Family of four- better beds etc than a family room at the Premier inn for a little bit more but a fair amount of extra quality. Walkability: Near a decent car park, near everything really
Wonderful and excellent stay. I stayed three nights at this hotel. The room was great and spacious and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic, Ms Florinda and Ms Luiza were absolutely friendly and very helpful putting a smile on my face and making me feel at home. Keep up your excellent service . Booked this hotel for a stag for myself and 13 friends after good reviews. Was not disappointed. Was greeted by Rebekah and Ella-mae who were both absolutely amazing, really friendly, funny and kind. They are assets to the hotel and I hope this message gets passed on to them. They were so accommodating and helpful! The all-inclusive breakfast was very well stocked and tasted brilliant. The hotel itself is in a great central location. It's also very good value altogether and ultimately an absolute gem of a hotel. Would highly recommend and thank you to all of those at the hotel who made our stay so nice!
