My room was lovely, clean and comfortable with good room facilities and plenty of room. It also had a wall fold out bed.  Overview of the streets but quiet enough considering it's a city centre. Good breakfast to start the day. Friendly helpful staff.

Room was OK, staff on front desk were excellent. However breakfast was poor, I lifted the lid on the scrambled eggs, me and my wife laughed out loud they had clearly been microwaved to long, partially grey in places very unappealing. Breakfast staff were not the best.

Clean and gorgeous hotel. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great and friendly staff who gave some great recommendations on food close by. The rooms were really nice with a comfortable bed. TV is a bit old and maybe needs an update and the shower is in the bath which I don't overly like. But was a nice place in a really good location and close to the tram network.
