Novotel

Ive just had a wonderful stay at the Novotel. The staff were very professional, friendly and attended to my every need. I felt very safe and the rooms were incredibly clean and smart. One of the best City centre hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in. Thankyou to all the amazing staff, you are doing an incredible job.

This hotel the location is excellent. In the city centre and very close to Chinatown. The breakfast is nice. However, The house keeping forgot to give me a second towel and forgot to clean my coffee cup. They should need more concentrate on cleaning during turndown and make up service.

It started by the door key not working.the room looked nice enough on entry but noisy at night. Toilet too small could not close the door. No temperature controls. Bed very hard. No views from room. No instructions how to use bath/shower controls. Not enough sweeteners or sugar.

Great night's sleep in a clean and comfortable bed and room service excellent.

Very Nice place to stay....accessable to all local places....
