Fabulous place. Attentive friendly staff. Receptionist was a delight. Great room. Good price. Clean
This hotel was okay but the room was not as I expected including the set up. The reception is beautiful but the rooms looked a bit old. Receptionist was a bit friendly. I think they can do a bit more improvement with interior designs in the rooms.
Ok bed wasn't that comfy but shower adequate at least had toiletries..Hotel needs new carpets but glad to see mattresses ordered Breakfast was plentiful a shame no vegetarian sausages. Handy for city centre. Need to be agile didn't find disabled entrance either and only one lift working.
Decent price vs quality. Quality leaves a bit to desire but at the price offered is expected. Excellent service offered by staff.
I had problems checking in, there was a damp smell in the lift. The rooms are not well signposted, the key card didn't work, twice, the lightswitch didn't work, there was a constant noise from outside, other than that, it was ok.
As Manchester Prepares for a second lock down, don't panic, business can continue. Stoke on Trent is only 45 minutes away, check out Best Western Stoke on Trent Hotel for all your Hotel & Conference requirements
Lovely hotel from the industrial era and maybe before. Still has its old world charm and some of the decor looks like it's survived a century. Single rooms are quite small but functional. Close to city centre and other transport hubs. Recommended.
