Absolutely massive store, with some incredible pieces of merchandise at reasonable prices. I bought myself the varsity jacket for 75.00 and the quality is perfect. Will definitely visit again to spend even more money
As a Son fan, I really really wanted to visit here. It was even better than I expected. It was like a museum. Not only were there T-shirts in different colour, but also many souvenirs such as cups, balls and keychains. I was happy to see that Son’s pictures on the wall.
I can’t urge you enough please DO NOT BUY from here if you need international shipping. I placed my order in December and I still have absolutely no idea where my kit is.nnIt was supposed to arrive on January 6 and it just never came. When I try to check the order status, there’s no clear information at all. Because of the insane delay, I asked for a refund and now I’m stuck with no kit, no refund, and no answers.nnCustomer service is honestly awful and useless. They take forever to respond and don’t help at all. I’ve sent so many emails and requests about this issue and nothing is being done, even though I’ve already spent around $150 which at this point I think I’ll end up fully loosing.nnPlease, if you’re an international fan, avoid ordering from the official Tottenham site. I highly recommend using places like Classic Football Kits instead they give accurate delivery estimates, actually update you, have good customer support, and most importantly, they deliver the kits on time!nnNever ordering from here again. And please if you are an international fan DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
Fantastic store!nThe Spurs Shop was perfectly themed for the Imagine Dragons concert. Great selection of merchandise, friendly staff, and no queues — we easily found what we wanted and bought shirts as souvenirs. A smooth and fun experience!
Ordered a Spurs kids home kit for Christmas. The quality of the shirt is appalling. After a few washes to the guidelines the shirt is covered in bobbles and thread pulls. Complete waste of money. For £100 you would expect much better.
