The most fantastic Spurs shop.nLittle tip.nGo on a Sundays afternoon. Less busy. You can park on the bays outside. Less traffic.
Was at the friendly against Bayern and I got to the stadium very early as I needed to personalise a few shirts I had got signed! Of course there was a lot that could go wrong as the autographs ink could have smudged or the print could have gone wrong but the guy who served us believe his name was Yasser was excellent and was very careful and did an incredible job! Could clearly see he went the extra mile to make sure my shirts were amazing and even changed the positioning of the name and number to fit the autograph for one! Big thanks to him and couldn’t recommend enough!
The staff in this store are incredible. Our son has autism and was so happy to be there. The store staff made his experience amazing. We all left smiling, especially our son. Thank you to everyone.
Big shout out to Manager Adam who was the duty floor manager yesterday before West Ham game. He was so helpful with what could have been a difficult exchange of items for my wife and a refund for me. Despite having to oversee a busy store half hour before kick off, he dropped everything to personally sort out the items from the store room and do the refund himself. All with professionalism and good humour. Thank you Adam. From Peter and Kari.
We did a stadium tour, and all the staff were kind and helpful. Special thanks to Shin Ho, who made my stadium tour more memorable as I could wear the jersey while doing the tour. He finished my shirt print right before my stadium tour started. The print was supposed to be done in 10-15 minutes, however, he did it in 5 minutes and ran to give it to me. Once again, big thanks for the amazing service
