Excellent customer service, despite the 5 hour drive to get to the store in London, it was well worth it. Paul was very helpful and although the shop was very busy he made sure the visit was pleasant. Great selection of cues and accessories. Absolutely worth a visit if you are looking for a great cue. Had a great experience this morning. Went there for a friend with myself knowing nothing about cues. Fortunately one of the customers there, Raymond from Northern Ireland, was super helpful, kind, professiional and patient. Bought two cues on behalf of my friend. Thank you!
