I took my autistic son today and I’ve got to say what amazing, helpful staff every single staff member went above and beyond so polite. It was really lovely! My son is also very very very happy with his new shirt : thanks guys for such an amazing level of customer service that is not very often received these days.
I was so happy when my daughter said she had arranged for a family outing to tour the arsenal football stadium. I couldn't wait. Anyway the who experience from start to finish was amazing. Staff were attentive. The shop was a great space and the tour was excellent. I didn't believe that it was such a big space as it looks quite small from the outside. I didn't know they also had a museum on the grounds and the statues of all the greats were amazing. I thoroughly recommend this tour.
Amazing store!! It is very big and they have everything there. I recommend to visit it.
It's a great store to get shirts, jerseys and other club items. It's usually busy on match days as most of people pass by the shop before getting into the stadium. Staff are friendly but the security wasn't at 100% because there were no scanners at the entrance. It's just a security person looking at your bag for 5sec then you go.
Lovely gift shop with prompt service. The jersey collection is pretty good and the variety of Arsenal memorabilia is impressive. Also like the highlight displays like Arsenal beat goals for all to enjoy while shopping.
