I bought a bike online but the size was not the right for me. I went to Uxbridge branch and the gentlemen Ricardo was super friendly and extremely helpful. Ricardo reviewed my bike and he was able to exchange it for a better bike with the correct size for me. He adjusted the new bike and extra accessories for me and I was very happy with his support. Ricardo has a tremendous knowledge on bikes and explained in detailed the advantages and disadvantages of the bikes I wanted and I’ve finally got the bike I was desiring from a long time. Without his support, I wouldn’t been able to buy the right bike for me. Thank you Ricardo for your great support and patience, this wouldn’t been possible without your help!!

All the staff in this store  as well as the store manager Ricardo are super helpful. I was looking at bikes recently, and the one I wanted was out of stock in this particular store. But one of the staff members Vignesh did a check, and there was a bike available at a sale price in another store. They were able to order it for me which I was very happy about. Nothing is too much trouble for staff at this store.

Andrei was super helpful in getting my motorbike gear sorted. He made sure I found exactly what I needed and gave great advice. Excellent service!

Great store, wide variety of sports items and clothing. Staff is absolutely superb. Venod was specially very helpful and went above and beyond, he helped me to order the jacket in my size that was not available in store. He made the whole process very easy and streamlined for me.
