Bought my e-bike from Decathlon last year as my daily commuter for London. I regularly take it to Decathlon - Kensington for services and upkeep as good practice. Chris Workshop Leader has continually worked on my bike to extremely high standards and has always looked after me. Cannot recommend him and Blessy enough for their bike care.nThank you, gentlemen!
The two guys at the workshop today did an amazing job changing the tapes and replacing the cables for a three year old bike given to me by a friend. The bike is as if new! The equipment and repairs were relatively affordable.
I had a really good time with Viktor and the other staff member, and I apologise, but I forgot his name.nThey both were very knowledgeable and very helpful to guide me through all my questions and needs. I finally purchased my first tennis racquet and I can't wait to play now. I really do recommend this store and these amazing guys
Great service! I had my tennis racket’s grip changed by Dicky who was very helpful and gave us recommendations.
Chris at the bike service help us quickly with his amazing technique knowledge. We will definitely come back.
