I am very happy with the service. They managed expectations very well and delivered impeccably.nnI went in late on Friday and interrupted a gentleman who was with another customer to ask a few questions. He was very kind, unfortunately, I didn’t get his name. He explained that I should come back the next morning, as he was already working on a few bikes that had arrived before mine. He clearly explained the process, including that the bikes need to be thoroughly checked before collection. He also helped me choose the right size and set a bike aside for me.nnThe next day, I returned with my two children. A gentleman named Victor, who was managing that day, really looked after us. He was kind and very helpful.nnAnother team member on the photo, I think his name was Alex, sorted out my son’s bike. He was very patient! He set it up, explained everything in detail including safety, how bikes work and assisted us brilliantly. He patiently answered my little boy’s many many many questions about the bike.He also assited me and gave me suggestions on other accesories I want to buy.nnI would like to say thank you to the whole team, your customer service is impeccable.
Aaron and Anoushka were fabulous earlier today. An item I was keen to purchase wasn't available in store, despite saying that it was via their website. So they found a suitable alternative solution. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and I thank them very much for that. Makes me definitely want to come back compared to purchasing online. Thanks again!
I came into Decathlon to purchase a bike and had an excellent experience thanks to Sam.nnHe was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, offered very helpful advice, and made sure I felt confident with my choice. From the initial questions all the way to leaving the store with the bike ready to go, he was supportive and professional at every step.nnIt’s rare to receive such thorough and genuinely helpful service. Sam is a real credit to the store.

Incredible service and lightning-fast turnaround. I dropped my racket off in the morning and it was ready for my match the next day. The quality didn't suffer for the speed, the strings feel crisp and the power return is exactly what I was looking for. Reliable, professional, and great value for money.
