Excellent store with loads of sporting,gym and ski equipment. The prices are reasonable. There a clever checking out system too which was relatively smooth. The lay out and atmosphere made it relaxed and non pressured, which actually encouraged more shopping. The changing rooms were a bit cramped.
Luca in the bike department is always very professional and welcoming.nHe never fails to impress with his amazing customer service skills and bike knowledge.nDespite they are always busy he finds time for every customer, I will continue to service my bike at decathlon thanks to Luca and his team.
Manav did a great job assisting us with the purchase of my daughter’s football kit. He was very helpful with sizes and gave great advice on socks and other gear. Well done Manav - great customer service.
I visited this branch a couple of weeks ago to buy products for swimming. Things were going on well while I was browsing and picking up items on the top floor. I came down to purchase them. But, even though the self checkout was next to the entrance and people could see me paying for the items, the security guard made it very obvious that he was keeping a close eye on me this included following me right until I was out of the shop. Utterly disgusting.
