Terrible experience at Total Fitness Wilmslow! We called ahead to confirm a day pass was available at the entrance, and they assured us it would be no problem. After driving 30 minutes, we arrived only to be met with a rude and unhelpful sales manager—a black guy with a 1995 tattoo on his neck—who made every excuse under the sun to avoid booking us in. His attitude was difficult and annoying, completely ruining our day. The lack of clear communication about the procedure is unacceptable. Waste of time and gas—avoid this place!
Have been a member nearly a year here, read some of the reviews I think for £69 a month it’s well worth it, there is ample equipment and a separate ladies gym if it’s get busy which usually doesn’t , it’s so spacious and light doesn’t smell, the hydro pool and steam room are really nice to chill out in. Classes can be booked on the app but have not tried them all yet the Les mills one was good. Will try more
What used to be a wonderful gym has become a dirty ill managed car crash of a gym. Always filthy, weights and equipment everywhere and usually broken. Poor customer service. Sad to see it become what it has. Glad to see the back of it.
do not sign the 12th month contract they make it impossible for you to leave! Due to unfortunate circumstances my income has decreased im self employed and they are making it so difficult for me to cancel. They take days to respond to an email and don’t answer the phone. I have send documents and apparently they cant accept them as they arent “proof” when it clearly shows decline of income.
Only went for the day - but the location was easy to find. I was amazed by the side of the building and for what they had inside. Impressive set up throughout and even the.indoor running track.nMale pt was very helpful in showing us the facilities and around the gym. This place I would like to visit again but using all what had to offer i.e.nwet area. Only disappointment was that the showers water was alittle cold - but using the sauna soon helped
