I have been a member at a number of gyms but like many never stuck to it, i constantly made excuses! I was recommended Results Inc, I saw the 5 free trials and haven’t looked back since. I have been a member for a year and the results I have seen in myself I could only of hoped for. Be it for the coaches expertise, persistence and encouragement I have lost 18 kg, I have reversed my history of high blood pressure and made incredible friends. I am now a girl like those I used to envy, exercises and enjoys it! It’s a fabulous environment, so if you’re considering it why not..try it for yourself!

Not like any other gym I have been to before. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and approachable. The fact that you are messaged/chased if you don't show up is brilliant, and has really helped me keep up my consistency. It is also fantastic value for money when you consider that you are getting so much personal assistance from the coaches. I've found it better than personal training, which cost me £40 an hour, and Results is £75 a month!

I joined the gym after my free trials and the continuous support has helped in motivating me to go regularly. Whilst in the gym joe and Eddie help adapt the programs to suit your ability. If you are feeling a bit delicate they take it into account and try to get the best out of you to your energy levels. Variety of exercises helps keep me interested and motivated. The one to one attention also helps me keep on track- no slacking!

I've never been a gym bunny but I now actually enjoy working out! I can't recommend Results Inc highly enough - the trainers Ed, Tom and Joe are really friendly and approachable and their advice and encouragement is invaluable. The plans change every month meaning that it never gets stale and the other members are a fun, mixed bunch and help to make the sessions really fun. Completely different to any other gym I've used but after three months I'm noticing a real change in my body and level of fitness and couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!

I am so pleased results have opened this fabulous new gym in Didsbury. I have trained in Sale for the last three years and have been able to reach my fitness goals with the help of Joe and the team.  It's clear that the same high quality service is happening here and although I'll miss my training buddy I'm happy to have moved to the newest branch. It's great to see the Results Inc family growing!!
