I contacted Cheshire Personal Trainer after a friend of mine recommended him to me, To be honest i was really wary as i'd spent a fortune on gym memberships and weight management classes,All i can say is WOW, i spoke to John who really understood where i was coming from, he explained where i was going wrong and how to correct it, He changed my diet/training, and teamed me up with one of his personal training team called chris, I've never looked back, ive dropped from a 16 to a 12 in 4 months, i feel fitter, stronger , i never thought it but my confidence has gone through the roof and my friends say i look fantastic, You have changed my life and showed me how to maintain it, Thank you so very much.
