I've been training at Fusion just two weeks I attended my consultation with a personal trainer called Tom who was actually recommended to me. He soon put me at my ease and discussed my goal expectations. The visits so far has challenged my abilities but with his support and encouragement, I am astounded at the different exercises I was able to do. He pushes me to my limits and beyond which i love! He is very passionate about what he does and has excellent knowledge in personal training, in general health and nutrition. He pushes you to be at your best but also makes it fun. I would highly recommend. Exercise has become an enjoyable part of my weekly routine, I cant recommend Fusion gym, and my PT enough, the gym is small but fantastic and has all you need to achieve those goals! So don't think twice get in touch and achieve those goals! Sarah

If you want to get fit with amazing result and great advice you can come to a better place. The guys at Fusion are all qualified to a high standard and add nutritional value to their well designed plans. The classes are great to get you out of bed in the morning and fun to do in a competitive but very enjoyable atmosphere! Worth a try and you will soon be hooked on Fusion !!

Fusion provides such a great atmosphere to train in. The classes are always varied and leave you feeling like you’ve done a good session, whilst still actually having some fun! The pay as you go option for classes means you can be really flexible around work etc too or if you just want to give them a try! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a social gym that gets results!!

After a complete rupture of my Achilles’ tendon I went to have treatment with Ste at Fusion. The treatment has been vital in my recovery from the injury and has got me back into sport and activity much sooner than I anticipated. Can’t thank Ste enough for his professional and effective service. The gym is awesome too and has a friendly, fun and professional atmosphere. Cheers lads

Fusion is the best! I’ve tried different gyms and trainers over the years and have had the best results here by far. With the combination of PT, classes, sports massage and physio they have everything you need to train and recover! I would highly recommend
