very dirty stinking gym with staff,Signed for gym membership an hour later am told i can't cancel because I've entered in to a 3 months contract yet toilets are filthy changing rooms overloaded the Manager Sarah is also very rude and always busy on her phone whenever there,she can never return calls please avoid,changing rooms are freezing cold,I've also informed radio 4 and they will be on air to discuss  soon.Avoid avoid avoid

Joined on a really good offer and find the staff to be friendly and the facilities to be good enough for my needs. My only complaint would be the mens changing rooms are freezing.

Recently re-joined and am sad to see how far downhill this place has gone. The men's changing rooms are dirty and run-down (as are the women's, from what I've heard) and the soap dispensers are usually empty, so I have to bring my own. The manager is also quite rude and unhelpful and seems to be more interested in gossiping or looking at her phone than assisting customers.

A shame, really, as this used to be a very pleasant place to go.

I've been a member here for a few years (not that I've been using it all that time 🙃) friendly and helpful staff always happy to help.
