What a shame. I think this is only a gym fitness area for adults but not suitable for family’s . The showers are too hot. only one shower out of many is at the temperature that doesn’t make my girl scream that it’s too hot. The coffee area use to have a play area where after I could have a coffee and cake with friends and my girl could play. The front of house manager didn’t like this so this has been removed. So your message that family’s not welcome has been heard.  What a shame

I understand the need to encourage children to appreciate fitness
But for me I like a gym without children around
Otherwise good place to Train

Pool was closed for weeks no reflection in the bill, equipment breaks often and can take a while to replace, pin and hooks for cable machines often missing, most staff are friendly and helpful. Got turned away today as there’s no water, but people was still in the gym using it, no details of when it will be back open Sunday morning wasted waiting around for a class that hasn’t taken place

Good place to train, lots of good kit. Bit run down and dirty. Quite pricey membership for what it is.

Called in yesterday to enquire about joining. Asked at the entrance desk for an asistant and was told to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly. Spent 25 minutes waiting. Not a good start and wanted membership for 3 adults. Got bored in the end and left. 3 assistants were present throughout my wait but made no effort to help me. I think I will join the Village or David Lloyd instead.
