John has created an environment where everyone is welcome to work out, no matter what their level of strength/fitness. The whole team are very passionate about what they do and genuinely want to see you make real improvements. The bootcamps help to add structure and variation to your workout and the atmosphere is always so positive and encouraging. In the open gym sessions there is always someone on hand for little tips and advice. And It's never too busy or intimidating that you can't use the equipment you want. 

Yes, it may seem a little pricey compared to your 'average' gym but the service you get is not 'average', I believe it far exceeds what you would get anywhere else. If you are looking for somewhere to train with a more personal touch, I honestly can't recommend this place highly enough. 💪🏻

I would highly recommend  this gym to people of all fitness levels. All the coaches are friendly and are happy to give you any advice that you need. I was bored with my normal gym doing the same routine with no results.  After just 6 weeks of coming here I can tell the diffrence. If I had time I would be here everyday LOVE IT !!

Great gym, Great people, Great workouts. 'Big' John really does get the best out of you. Excellent facilities and has all the equipment one may need. HUGE thumbs up!

It has been fantastic training with John, for the first time I have somebody who motivates me even outside of the gym! (His own gym it's worth adding) The bootcamps on offer always leave you knowing that you've had a workout and they're at a time which suits people's working hours both AM and PM. The environment that has been built by john as well at the gym and at the bootcamps is why so many people keep coming back week after week, there's no ego just a friendly bunch of people all trying to achieve their goals!
