Wanted to praise the service we have received from Becky, not just of late but for the last few years. She’s always gone over and above to ensure that myself and my family are looked after in the Cafe. She always makes an extra effort, service with a smile and is genuinely interested in how the family are doing. She adds a bit of character to the gym and think her infectious approach should be something that all star aspire to.
I have been a member of David Lloyd, Hull for more than 14 years and this is still the best health & fitness club in our City. Fantastic staff members who strive to provide exceptional customer care from the moment you are greeted at the reception. Family oriented club with brilliant value for money. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.nFive stars!
Just completed my introductory training sessions with Levi. I was really dubious about them as I have been going to gyms for years and never saw the point of a personal trainer. However I have learned so much from Levi and enjoyed the sessions so much that I am now a convert. Levi took the time to really understand my needs and motivations and made working with the equipment more fun than I ever expected. Thanks Levi

Really great gym, staff exceptionally polite and welcoming. Various family activities and classes to participate. Megan in sales provided great customer service and support signing us up. No hassle. Overall a pleasant experience and I look forward to our family using all of the facilities
