Lauren was extremely capable, helpful, and friendly - she went out of her way to help with an issue I had and kept me updated along the way. Phillip was also really helpful. Both have exemplary customer service and responded to my queries in a timely manner and really positively. Great experience with these two at Village Gym.
Just recently joined this gym and have thoroughly enjoyed my experiences so far. Myself and my partner had an induction done by Phil. Phil was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to and was an all round great guy. I definitely felt more inclined to sign up to a membership after speaking with Phil!! 5/5 service.
I have yesterday 16/01/23 rejoined the Village Gym Hull after a few years away to swim 2 or 3 times a week on health advice. I must say the welcome I received from all the staff was 10/10 and Debbie who dealt with my enquiry and signed me back up was fantastic. Not only did she answer all my questions but she also showed me around the pool area and changing room, they haven't changed a great deal but it was nice that she had time for me to chat and be so friendly. Thank you.
Debbie has been very helpful in answering all the questions very patiently. Debbie was always available to help about the different tariffs and helped to register my children for swimming. Very polite and knows what she is doing.
Been a member for some years now. Spacious gym and luxury sauna, pool and steam room...ooh...a jacuzzi too! Friendly team...advice always there.
Great facility, I use the pool and saunas and then head for either the Village Starbucks or Village pub all on the same site.
Amazing place!!! Friendly staff, huge range of choice to relax sport clases, GYM, aqua area, ... Best prices ever.
Nice gym and no riff raff. Staff at reception always look miserable and never say hello or bye just stare at you like lost sheep. The jacuzzi/steam is hit and miss wether it’s working or not. Ideal location for me but could be a lot better. They also put their prices up 3 times since I joined and I have never had a letter/email/txt to say this would be happening they just do it.
Great gym and pool my kids love Sunday afternoon with the inflatables in the pool and the gym has everything I need.
after my first gym and swim today I was very impressed and happy to be a member, highly recommend
