The flair and exotic flavours of Ecuadorian cuisine comes to Soho at Tostado "The taste of Ecuador", an intimate Restaurant Cafe Bar in the heart of London
With Tostado, we bring you the richly exotic and diverse flavours of Ecuador to London’s West End. The recipes created and gathered by 92 year Old Mamá Pia over her lifetime are the inspiration for the food we serve in our intimate Ecuadorian ceviche and soup bar. We are thrilled to be bringing them to life so that she can ‘leave behind a lasting memory of a lifetime’s worth of love for cooking’.
The concept of Tostado is to offer authentic dishes, at reasonable prices in a traditional Ecuadorian rustic setting. The food is designed to evoke the flavours and the spirit of Ecuador, combining Incan recipes and ingredients with the spices and flavourings that arrived to this land with the Spanish conquistadors.
Located in Soho’s charming St Anne’s Court in between Dean Street and Wardour Street, Tostado gives you a window into the long and proud heritage of South American cuisine – we welcome you to come and try it for yourselves.
