We came on a quiet Monday evening. It was perfect after a long day. Every bite was surprisingly delicious so we kept asking for the menu to order more. Even dishes I wouldn’t normally order, I tried here because I wanted to see what they’d do. Lamb, duck, pork, turbot, crab, prawns, ham, sardines, churros and Catalan crème.Food: 5/5
Delightful experience. "Aqua Nueva offers a sophisticated dining experience in the heart of London. Nestled atop Regent Street, this restaurant boasts stunning views of the city skyline, creating an ambiance that's both elegant and inviting. The modern Spanish cuisine served here is a true delight for the senses. From the beautifully presented tapas to the expertly crafted cocktails, each dish and drink is bursting with flavor and creativity. The attentive staff provide impeccable service, ensuring every visit is a memorable one. Whether you're enjoying a romantic dinner for two or celebrating with friends, Aqua Nueva is a culinary gem not to be missed in London's vibrant dining scene." A great example of authentic Spanish cuisine at heart of London.
This stunning rooftop will create an instant, serene escape from the crowds and busyness of Oxford Street. The staff are exceptionally professional and attentive. The food is deliciously crafted and served with flair. A gem, a stones throw from Oxford Circus tube.Food: 5/5
The best sushi and bottomless brunch in London - you would pay over double this in other equal restaurants in London. Highly recommended! Amazing service from Ana and the team
There are two restaurants/bars with amazing views on Oxford Street. I went to Aqua Kyoto last time and loved it. This time, I tried the Spanish restaurant next door, Aqua Nueva. The décor is modern and chic with Spanish characteristics. There’s a big bull statue at the entrance, which I think is artistic and very cool. We went for their Brunch Menu with drinks option and I had: Rustic tomato bread,Chorizo iberico, Manchego cheese and Padrón peppers my favourite!. These are classic tapas, but they tasted really good. We also tried other very tasty tapas also included in the menu: Goat’s cheese marmalade and Iberico ham,Fried cod with tartar sauce and langoustine Gilda and beef skewer with potato spiral. Personally I like seafood and the flavours of those tapas were well-balanced and delicious! The main courses were very impressive. We tried Braised beef short rib with potato gratin and pan-fried salmon with grilled seasonal vegetables Both dishes had a great mix of flavour, and I enjoyed it very much. There is one dessert on that brunch menu which is glazed churros with orange marmalade. I'm not a fan of overly sweet desserts, but the orange marmalade had a slight bitterness that balanced the sweetness perfectly. I really liked it. Service was excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There was a live band playing Spanish and Southern European-style music, which added to the great atmosphere. I’ll definitely come back!
An amazing dinner in a beautiful restaurant. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and the spicy margaritas to die for. Absolutely recommend this place, it has a great outdoor rooftop bar too.Food: 5/5

Such a wonderful experience! The location was ba little difficult to find as Google basically sends you across the street but once I noticed the aqua sign, I came to ask for directions and found the place! Nueva & Kyoto share an entrance. We were welcomed warmly at every step, and shown to our table. The decor was beatiful, the dj was great and the vibe was chilled and classy. Our server Magdalena was lovely and attentive throughout our entire experience. Glasses were never empty- be it water, wine or the delicious cocktails. Our table loved the tapas dining style - we were able to sample so much on the menu. Our faves were the hake, the manchego and the mushroom croquettes the seafood one was a bit lacklustre, and the bikini sandwich. Apart from the croquettes which came as 6, everything was served in portions for 2. Sadly the seafood paella was sold out, which was a real shame for an early Saturday evening booking, and the lamb was lacking a little something. However the desserts were lovely! I loved the flan, and my guests were won over by the crema Catalana. The churros could have been a little sweeter to counter the dark chocolate sauce but the citrus marmalade was a great touch. We left very happy after taking many photos on the beatiful terrace of course. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful and beautiful and DELICIOUS evening! We'll be back in the summer!
The service was excellent from the very first moment. From a culinary point of view and as a connoisseur of Spanish / Catalan food: - the ham croquettes were excellent and recommended. - The Spanish tortilla: good texture but lacking in flavour tasteless. Perhaps it lacks more onion + salt. - The calçots are an experiment but disappointing for connoisseurs. The romesco sauce does not taste at all as expected. - The "paella" is delicious. However, it was more of a "arroz caldoso" than a paella. - The extra bread: delicious. However, I don't see why in a restaurant of such high quality and claiming to be Spanish they don't offer bread we had to ask for it and pay 5libras. The ambience of the place is charming and well designed. Unfortunately we were put next to a group of people who were TOO noisy to enjoy it even though the restaurant was empty. I recommend that they stick to writing in English on the menu, or ask for advice for the parts that are written in Catalan badly. Otherwise: I reiterate the excellent service of the staff!
The place looks amazing and the bust bar area was bustling. The first and most noticeable element was the dinning room was very cold compared to the bar, so much so we had to keep our jackets on. The food was traditional Spanish dishes with a twist but the flavours were really quite average, if had far better is quite inexpensive restaurants in Spain. The Drinks from the bar were very slow and taking our orders the same. The food came out promptly though. I am afraid we wont return.
