Had a great time and good hospitality. The food could have been more flavoursome, but overall really enjoyed myself. The menu was slightly confused.. I wouldn't call the dishes fused of cultures. The menu has a variety of cultures. But each dish should be fusion to be a fusion restaurant. The squid was good but standard. The prawns were delicious with a really unique sauce. Highly recommend the prawns! Overall, go here and have a good time!
Restaurant had great vibes. My friend and I came here tonight for Valentine’s Day and it was the right choice! Beautiful beautiful decor, fun music, good food and drinks! The staff were also great throughout and checked up on us frequently and were fun to talk to. Definitely will be back!
I came here for a birthday party yesterday. The food was very tasty; although the presentation could be better. Minor issue. I found the organisation to be very lacking. Guests arrived at 6pm, The venue was not opened until about 45 mins after the agreed time. Nothing was ready, the food came out in dribs and drabs, even when we moved downstairs the cocktails were not ready at all, bearing in mind we had all chosen in advance to make things easier. The staff were incompetent at best and rude at worst. I feel they showed a deep a lack of experience and understanding of the nuance of different groups of people. Its a lovely restaurant in a lovely place with great potential. I would love to see them do well. That means stepping up their game with a class service so the food can shine
This is a great place, a great location, there seems to be ample place for parking around. I attended a brunch event so cant give a proper review. The security guys and waitstaff could do a lot more to be more professional and pleasant. I would assume they were a little behind because no one called them out.
I celebrated my 30th Birthday at Masq London! I had an amazing time and everything ran so smoothly! From the dinner to the party! Would definitely use Masq London again for further events. The staff were very attentive and accommodating and made my guests feel welcome! Thank you Masq London. Jessica
I decided to take my parents here as we have all lived in the area for 12 years + . The venue is quite beautiful I was pleasantly surprised to see how well they renovated the space which used to be a bank and transformed it into something rather spectacular. I definitely will be vising this space again .I am a member of the lgbtq community and I felt very welcomed and not turned away I hope that they continue to uphold the standard of acceptance good food and ambiance 5 stars from me !
What a fantastic dining experience, the food was well presented and tasted delicious. The staff was very attentive and professional, cocktails was on point. The manager couldn't do enough for us. Definitely going to do MASQ again. So nice to go to restaurant and have nothing but compliments
04/03/23 Bottomless Brunch Event at Masq Exquisite Brunch with 14 of my girlfriends. Absolutely amazing! We had a 3 course meal which was delicious! I had spring rolls, lamb chops, jellof rice and vegetables. Lamb was cooked perfect too. Great vibe dj was spinning the best jams , quick and friendly service.Masq made sure the birthday girl was given that extra VIP service. Also importantly we made them aware that one member of the group had a very severe nut allergy & they took it seriously and ensured no nuts were prepared or served with her food. Will definitely return.
I held my birthday at Masq. Right from the beginning everyone was super helpful and friendly. They whole process from booking to the actual event was very smooth. It’s a great location, with very friendly staff. Reasonably priced food and drinks. The restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing. Great location for birthdays, parties, any event really. I’ll definitely be back!
Invited here by colleagues. Relaxing atmosphere, Friendly and attentive staff. Good service, accurately priced. The P.Martini and cocktails are the real deal. Some of our group drove. Multi transport options with buses 5 minutes walking. Will definitely return and be recommending to others. Vegetarian options: Fried rice and joloff options were well prepared and tasty. All our table dived into the chips which were not oily and proper chips, not french fries. Well presented, good variety
