Most helpful assisting me to find the correct cupboard hinges for our 35 year old kitchen. Full marks for knowledge and perseverance. Good price as well.
Awful customer service. Very rude woman. Wanted 2 heaters. I showed her what I wanted on catelog and she walked away without confirming that she's going to get it. So when she got it, I then requested for 2 and she started getting rude and so I left the place. I'm not going to pay somewhere that I'm not welcome. Disgusting customer service. Now in screwfix. Much more welcoming. They know what customer service is.

Went toolstation yesterday and the staff guided me with everything that I needed, lovely customer service from Luke and I will be visiting again.
Staff are not very attentive. 2 at the register were talking to each other about their lunch while there was a whole line of customers waiting to be served. Not happy with the service at all. Better to go screwfix next door
I dealt with a member of staff named Lydia who was very cheerful and extremely helpful. My experience of this branch is the staff are excellent and I would definitely go back.

I use a few different toolstation branches but mostly colindale as it's closest. I have been served by all the staff there & they are a fantastic bunch always happy to help. I have to single out Lydia on my last few visits in particular she was super helpful, went straight to a page for a product I gave up looking for & also lifted me out of a sombre mood. Well done to you all
Staff at this branch are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Luke has been a great to me and experienced Staff. He remembers the names and faces of his customers and goes out of his way to help.
