Great service as ever from Toomey Peugeot Basildon. Steve Thomas makes the process so easy and simple and once again has helped us when buying a car! Can’t rate the dealership enough and the service from Steve makes the experience such a positive one. Highly recommend them and we will come back again as we have before on many occasions, no need to go anywhere else when the service is this good.
Steve Thomas welcomed us outside while we were only looking at vehicles. He impressed with a great knowledge of vehicles that we were interested in and then invited us inside to look at more options that best fit my budget. He was very pleasant and kind throughout our visit at the store.
I was really impressed with the level of service and care that Toomey Peugeot Basildon provided. I was a little nervous looking for a new car as I knew I wanted a hybrid but knew nothing about it. Jamie was very kind and welcoming and made it very easy for me to help look and ask the questions I needed. I got to test drive a hybrid with my husband which aloud us to make some honest comments and ask more questions which Jamie was more than happy to answer. The best part was i didn't feel any pressure to buy straight away, Jamie aloud us to take away all the information we had gathered to then discuss it over further at home. With his kind manner and easy-going nature this made my purchase very simple and I am now in love with my new car! The whole experience was very lovely and I would definitely recommend Jamie and the team to anyone looking to trade in or purchase a new car. 10 out of 10 and 5 stars
We have just bought our second car from Toomey Peugeot Basildon and the service we received from Steve Thomas was impeccable. He made the purchase so easy and everything was arranged on our timeframe - no small thing when you have two small boys! All the staff we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend Toomey Peugeot without hesitation.
Great experience. Having had problems with a car I had purchased from a different garage and having to return it, I needed to get something to get me on the road quickly. I was assisted by Aaron Alison with looking at a new vehicle, arranging all the paperwork and getting me on the road with no issues. The level of detail was brilliant. Receiving a video looking around the car, getting copies of all the paperwork sent to me - something I hadn’t received from the previous garage. Aaron was about to answer question, and even responded to emails within 5 minutes! With the previous garage I was waiting several days! I also need to thank Daniel for his help. Having popped into the branch he directed me to Aaron and was also helpful with any queries I had. Thanks both!
Just brought a Peugeot 208 from this dealer, Steve Thomas was really helpful, polite and very informative. Taken us over the car inside and out showing all the car features and demonstrating them, including the technical side. Overall a great experience from a very friendly and helpful team.
Great experience with purchasing a new car. Walked in on the off chance of looking at some new cars. Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Showed us a couple of different cars within our price range and arranged a test drive that day. No pressure to commit on the day which allowed us to go away for a couple of weeks to discuss before committing.
I had the best experience ever when buying a car at Toomeys Basildon. Been driving for over 20years and I must say Jamie Hatt outdid himself. From the 1st day of meeting him to the last day when I collected my car, he was so polite and went the extra mile to make me comfortable. He actually searched out a perfect car for me. I only gave him the specs I wanted and he made it happen. Not once did he get frustrated during the process of eliminating most of the ones he recommended. Thanks for all you did Jamie. Will definitely recommend you to friends and family. You are an asset to Toomey. And thanks to Daniel, the manager, as well. You guys are the best.
Excellent with step by step information about replacing my current car to a replacement car which better meets our physical needs. So many thanks to Steve who is very good at putting over information which is easy to understand.
