Would just like to say a huge thank you to Lewis for helping me buy a new car. From start to finish the whole process took less than a week. Lewis was friendly and made me feel comfortable right from the start. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He kept me completely up to date with everything that was happening and rang me when he said he would. He even got into work half an hour earlier for me to collect the car as I couldn't do any other time. Then when there was a slight issue after collecting the car he contacted me as soon as possible, dealt with it and sorted it out straight away. From start to finish I can not fault him. Would be more than happy to purchase futures cars from him and recommend him to family and friends.
I have a long running brilliant relationship and customer service history with Toomey Vauxhall, previously Southend and now Basildon. I've just bought my 3rd Vauxhall, the New Grandland. Although I don't think it's as good as the Grandland X, only that its missing the extra USB and plug at the rear seats, which came in very handy on long drives with the kids in the back seat. I miss the parking sensors, but getting use the the reverse view panel, but I have to say it drives like a dream, a clean, powerful drive, and feels sophisticated. The small touches are also perfect, my new car was presented under a silk cloth pulled away while being filmed! I've always wanted that! The team always look after my car needs, especially John in Sales, and Kirsty in the Service centre. Cannot fault them they go above and beyond. I'm forever grateful how attentive, caring, thoughtful and friendly they are, through difficult times as well as good times. Thank you all so much.
Absolutely amazing service by Neil the van salesman. Everything about the van was exactly as described will definitely be returning to expand the fleet.
We dealt with Jack for our sons new car, he was brilliant, very polite & helpful, went above and beyond. Had a small issue that he rectified very efficiently and the whole process was stress free, would highly recommend!
I recently purchased a car with Zoe. She was absolutely amazing! I recently had a bad experience with a car and had huge anxiety about purchasing another but Zoe was super understanding to my situation and tried to be as accommodating as possible. I walked in to test drive the car on Thursday and picked it up the following Thursday. I felt that Zoe listened to my requirements and met them with no questions. I will certainly be back. Walked into the Basildon Showroom on Monday and asked John for help with the purchase of a car. I knew which one I wanted showed him the one which was in a different showroom. John got it all sorted and moved down papers done and dusted and picked it up Saturday. Extremely helpful, polite and always checking I was happy with things. They tied to rip me off for work and parts I didn't need as well as trying to push me to buy a new car when there was not a thing wrong with my own car. It went in for a interim service and an MOT which they claimed it would fail, I took it else where and it passed straight through with no faults.
Just brought my first car from here. The service was excellent, the car is in brilliant condition, staff are friendly and helpful and will go above and beyond for you. A massive thankyou to Lewis who was exceptional and a credit to the team. :
