Super efficient, we had idea to buy, they proposed selection in the first day and we close the deal. The week after we collected the new car as promised. Great support in perfect timing and the car is exactly as we was looking for.
Ben helped us make a decision about what to do about changing our car, when to do it and best financial route. He is very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He returned calls and emails, enabling us to sort a few snags out at the end. Very pleased with the car.
What can I say. Gary Byford top bloke very helpful respectful. Great at giving all information needed. Any questions he was able to answer without hesitate. Found me a car In my price range very quickly and let us go for test drive on the day. What more could u ask for. Gary sorted everything out in 5 days and kept me in formed the hole time. Showed me round the after test drive told.me everything about the car What it had on it and how it worked. And Gary also said after deal was done and I collected the car he said if I get any problems I can contact him directly and he will help as best he can. As I said top bloke. Really happy with the service I got. Hope he get to hear about this review from his manager Thank you Gary and ford for.making the car I got.
Was very satisfied with all parts of our purchase for our new Puma everything explained clearly. Nothing was too much trouble for sales person was happy to go to him for the second time. We will go back again to see Charlie if we change our car again
I always use this dealership for servicing and can highly recommend their service. They collect my vehicle, carry out a service and MOT in a day and return my vehicle. They send a video recording of the underneath of the car with a commentary about it's condition and give information about advised work. When I am looking for a new car, I will definitely visit them. My Ford Focus is now 16 years old so will start to think about replacing it probably with another one! It is very easy to park there and they have a parts counter as well as new vehicles to view.
Great service, very helpful, nice and friendly, no pressure. Alex kept me informed and updated while waiting for my new car, Alex is very friendly and helpful, from my first enquiry to collecting my new car. He explained the new features on my new Puma and he sorted Ford Pass on my phone too as I’m useless with apps been going to Fords for years now, would not go anywhere else. Loving my Puma now named Olaf Highly recommend Dunton, Basildon.

Kate originally see me and took me out for a test drive, talked through all options and I put a deposit down to secure the car. Harry finished the sale a few weeks later as needed a new MOT Anything under 10months they re do I years warranty. Very pleased with my new car - drives lovely and the staff were very nice.
